Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Equipment Booking & Payment    •   A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and time.    •   The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.    •   Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and a signed agreement is on file.    •   Last-minute bookings (within 7 days of the event) require full payment upfront. Cancellations & Rescheduling    •   All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.    •   Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event may be eligible to reschedule one time, subject to availability.    •   Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of all payments made.    •   If the event must be canceled due to severe weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of the company. Equipment Use & Responsibility    •   All photo booth equipment remains the property of the rental company at all times.    •   The client agrees to provide a safe, secure, and dry environment for the equipment.    •   The client is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft caused by guests, venue staff, or event attendees.    •   Normal wear and tear is excluded from damage responsibility.    •   Any damage beyond normal use may result in repair or replacement charges, billed to the client. Setup, Breakdown & Access    •   Adequate space and power access must be provided at least 30 minutes prior to the rental start time.    •   Delays in access that shorten rental time do not qualify for refunds or discounts.    •   The company is not responsible for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, or internet issues beyond our control. Force Majeure    •   The company is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, power failures, venue shutdowns, or government restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling will be offered when possible. Agreement Acceptance    •   By submitting payment and confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
